If you’re not 100% happy with Albany Backups remote backup products, and we haven’t helped you to your satisfaction, just send us a support ticket and we’ll refund your monthly subscription on a prorated basis (e.g. if it’s the 15th of a month with 30 days we will refund 50% of your subscription for that month based on the date of the support ticket request). No hassles, we promise.
